Introduction Battery Recycling

May 07-08, 2025, online

Gain Fundamental Knowledge of Battery Recycling Across the Value Chain in This Specialized Training Module

The battery cell production of the future must be both cost-efficient and sustainable. Recycling plays a key role by returning expensive and rare raw materials either directly into the production process or back into the value chain at the end of a battery’s lifecycle. This helps conserve resources and reduce costs. As recycling is shaped by regulations and driven by technological advancements, it is essential to stay up to date. Our specialized training module on battery recycling offers practical insights and equips you with the knowledge needed to address future challenges in a targeted and informed way.

Course Summary

Learn how innovative recycling processes contribute to the recovery of valuable raw materials. This course provides a comprehensive overview of lithium-ion battery (LIB) recycling methods, the motivation behind recycling, the big picture of circularity, and how the evolving composition of LIBs will affect current and future recycling strategies.
